"Pool looked very clean, but not heated so it was cold. Pool area had an Odor of sewer. Not welcoming at all. Room was clean & bed comfortable. Shower stall had black mold under the bottom lip of shower stall where maid would have to bend down to see. Visible from sitting on toilet."

"Entering the property reminded me of that scene in crazy rich Asians when the girlfriend is driving up to the mansion for the first time… and the property reminded me of something like out of white lotus… without the drama. lol it was the nicest place if ever stayed and the service was beyond phenomenal. We did a fishing charter with captain Sara and two conchs which was awesome especially just being a 3 minute walk from our room. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this facility again. Also everything is through Isla Bella so all the daily activities the champagne when you arrive all the perks."

"The property is excellent, rooms are very nice but the check-in was disappointing. Room was not ready at 4 pm and we had flown in early. We were not able to enter our room until 4:40. "
