"The property itself is nothing fancy. But it was so clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and so convenient to everything. I don’t know about anyone else but when we go on vacation, we just need a place to land and sleep take our showers this facility is just this hotel is just that! I second time in the keys and I have stayed here both times. Like I said the rooms are nothing fancy. They are easy to get to easy to load easy to unload and everything you need is around you. And they are clean!! When I come back, this is where I will stay again. "

"We could not have picked a better place to stay. The views, the fishing, the neighborhood and the house were perfect!We caught a ton of fish snappers, grunts, 3 sharks,2 barracuda and one enormous tarpon.We actually never left the house. DoorDash groceries and cooked our catches. Did go to King Fish Market two blocks away. We didn’t even rent a car everything you could want is within walking distance. The house was amazing. It had everything you could possibly desire. The plunge pool was immaculate. I’ve never had one so nice in a VRBO. Kitchen is very well stocked. The furnishings are very nice as well. Some places go cheap and it shows. All appliances are new and top of the line. The triple sliding doors et you open the entire house to the outdoors.Shannon is a wonderful and considerate host. She replies promptly and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Read her booklet by the front door. There is even a trap on the dock for bait fish and a fantastic cleaning station I will definitely return to Sunrise on Sixth"
