The only other issue is the back of the property needs TLC that would make a big difference

"Excellent stay. Jack was superb communicating lodge details and also provided my son and I with exceptional tips on times and lures for fishing off his dock! Our dog loved vacationing with us and fetched for hours from the shoreline, swimming to her hearts delight! My husband enjoyed sunrise paddle boarding each morning as well! We hope to be back! "

"My family has been doing an annual lake house vacation for the past eight years, and this is our favorite house to date. The weather did not cooperate the first few days, but the house offers so much to keep you occupied indoors that we still had a great time -- movie theatre, two arcades, ping pong table, etc. The lake is a great size for kayaking, and the views of the lake from the house are fantastic. Everything is exactly as advertised, and the hosts are extremely responsive throughout the entire trip to make sure you have a great vacation."
