"Wow this house and these hosts are amazing! This was probably one of the most organized house rentals I have ever seen. They literally have everything marked so clearly, it’s impossible to not know what to do. We kept saying that we need to be friends with these people because they are our spirit animals . The house has everything you could possibly need or want even beyond what the description indicates. Communication was easy and such a quick turn around. These hosts even left a little message for us and a small container of chocolates. I cannot say enough great things about this house and these hosts. Close to many things but there is so much at the house you don’t even have to leave. If you’re thinking about a trip to the Poconos then look no further than this home and these hosts!"

"Good quiet location with very litte activity, super nice for a quiet getaway. 15 minute drive to go and get groceries and the adequately equipped kitchen with dishwasher made food super easy. Good entertainment systems and Internet as well. Very much would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this place. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the house is fantastic, and it had everything we could have wanted in terms of amenities. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some time away. The host was also terrific—welcoming, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Communication with host was very easy and fast response. House was clean. Having the game room was awesome especially for a rainy day. Location was great for other things to do around town. No AC, but it was bearable. ramp is very steep so keep that in mind if you are using a wheelchair. Definitely looking into coming back next year."
Large rustic style home in gated community: Fire Pit - Lake - Beach - pools!

"This is rustic/woodsy house, with short walk to pool & very short drive to beach. Pool and beach are great, well kempt! Fire Pit & S'mores made the night special, as compared to a stay in a more "upscale" setting. Good downstairs gameroom for kids (and I enjoyed the air hockey with kids). Grill worked very well and almost all our meals used it. Kitchen outfitted as needed (we left a sharper knife for the next folks...). 3 full baths really work well, and splitting families into 3 floors. Host fixed broken dryer belt in good time (remote area if issues). Good comms with host. Community is great, gals loved BINGO (with many locals there). Great we could walk in back/front yard and find wood for fires (my 5YO grandson found that a hoot). Taught him the special birch bark fire starter with bark from front yard). On the other side, could get some updates soon, photos seem to show it just a bit nicer than it felt. We did use some beach chairs indoors to seat everyone, but the floors allowed for that. For large groups the indoor table/bench seat did well holding many people. We would go back! Gals were looking at houses for sale there while we were packing to leave..."
