"The room is satisfactory in terms of cleaning. was but carpet is smelly. Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. "

"Perfect location for attending events at Accor Stadium. Easy to get back into the CBD via train with the station close by. Very clean and our bed was so comfortable. Loved the music in and around the hotel in the lead-up to the concert also. Fantastic stay. "
