"This apartment was a perfect "home base" for our trip to Limerick. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do and the apartment was well appointed. "Not a 5* by any stretch. Room very dated , what looked to be semen / soiled stains on the chair by the bed. Paid for an upgrade to a balcony suite so would be surprised to see what you get when you pay for less. Advertised as a river view , but note you must hang over the railings to see it. Extra €50 odd for breakfast. Personally would resonate it with a 2/3* at most."
