"The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly. "

Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure! Beautiful hotel w. a good breakfast, kind staff, and extremely spacious room (we were travelling w/ two babies and it never felt "tight") - only complaint was the lack of air circulation, but it was warmer than expected for October and ofc air conditioning is a US luxury. "
