Minutes from the restaurants and shopping at Newport Pier this 2 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished rental is ready for immediate move in. With a Queen in 1 bedroom, and a full/twin bunkbed in the other, there is room for up to 5 max guests.

The rental includes a galley kitchen, patio space for morning coffee & Wifi for the mobile executive. Garage is shared with upstairs studio. 1 Garage Parking Space provided. Laundry shared in garage with other unit. Inquire for more details.

30 Day minimum stay required. 30 Day rate for July/August is $9,800, negotiable with a 45 day or greater stay. Inquire for variable rates going into the Fall.
