This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.

There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

Great Weekend Spot!

We were in Newport for a wedding and extended weekend. Great little spot for a quick getaway! Everything was clean, checkin was beyond simple and parking across the street was great!

Top notch stay!

Troy’s place was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teen). Super clean and nicely appointed. Location can’t be beat, steps from shopping and restaurants. Parking was very convenient and easy across the street in the large lot. Highly recommend!

Impeccably clean, yet still cozy, stay in a stellar location. This place couldn’t be more convenient…great location to everything, including the pay by the hour/day parking lot across the street, restaurants, shops, and nearby arcade for the kids! Our family loved our stay, and check in and check out were easy and efficient! Would definitely return!

Weekend getaway

Apartment was very neat and clean. Literally 25 feet from Thames St and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Will definitely go back.

Overall great location.

Location was excellent for walking to anything you would like. The property though looks out at the back door of a restaurant where the workers regularly are smoking and hanging around. Parking in the immediate area is pricey though you can walk a few blocks up the street and possibly find a spot on a side street.

Property Is in a prime location to Thames, which is where you want to be. only steps away. Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time. Super clean place nothing to complain about.

Location, location, location!!

We can’t say enough about our stay at the Newport condo. Easy walking distance to everything plus public parking just across the street. Even though we were steps away from Thames, it was quiet at night. The condo was the perfect size for two people and was well decorated and very clean. The checkin process was seamless. Highly recommend!!

Discovering Newport

Cute apartment, met our needs as it was right in the middle of the "city". Walked to dinner every night. Took trolley tour, ghost tour, cliff walk, rail explorers...loved every minute of it. We'd do it again.

Seafood getaway

We came to Newport for the bowens warf seafood fest and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The location of the rental was perfectly set in town. Walkable to just about anywhere. Tons of food choices, overwhelming amount of retail shops. Minutes to walk to the ward. Only downside was parking. Highly recommend This rental.

Ideal location in Newport

The unit was cozy and nicely appointed—coffee and creamer provided were much appreciated. But the best part was the perfect location. We could walk to everything. Communication with property manager was good. Parking directly across the street was very convenient, although a bit pricey. Great experience.

Location, Location!!

Troy’s place is nicely decorated and very clean ! You can walk to everything . It is such a great location ! It was nice to have the public parking across the street and that it is free October 31 to April 30. My only suggestion would be to have kitchen knives and a toaster . We like to cook breakfast. I would definitely recommend Troy’s place.

Cute, clean spot in an amazing location!

This is located in the center of activity. It is very clean and the landlord was very attentive. Parking directly across the street was handy and reasonable... $30 for all day and overnight to 9 am. I suggest parking there (St Mary's Lot) if your activities are at any of the wharfs.

Newport condo

We had a great 3 day stay at Troy's condo. The location in PERFECT for a short visit to Newport, literally 100' from the center of Thames Street. We walked to shopping, restaurants, a harbor tour, and St. Michaels church (Kennedy wedding site). The Breakers were less than a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location.
