Great Host and Great Location

Initially they put us across the elevators on the fourth floor and had portable AC's going which sounded like jet engines taking off. Then second night, they moved us next to two large families who were vacationing together and were quite loud. Needless to say, I did not get much help other when using my noise cancelling AirPods. The hotel gave us a $50 gift card to enjoy in Newport. The staff were friendly. The property manager is excellent and responsive. These issues were probably one-off and have no bearing on our overall stay. The property is great, right next to downtown, short walk to all the spots. Will certainly give this another try.
