We loved our stay at the house. It’s in a great location, quiet and not far from the harbor area. The room was clean and stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Would stay again.

Much nicer than a generic hotel room. Gas fireplace a nice touch. Modern bathroom. Liked the kitchenette with small refrig with separate freezer, sink and microwave. No hot food breakfast but the fresh backed goods are good. Fruit too.

We loved our stay! Gorgeous, cozy, clean. The in-room fireplace was delightful. The property was decorated beautifully for Valentine’s Day. Property manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast spread is wonderful too. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved the Ocean room, which was spacious and had a large bathroom and a little, well appointed, kitchenette. It was very comfortable and clean. Everyone we met was lovely. They are dog friendly and that worked well for us! Breakfast was not lavish or hot, but adequate- yogurt, pastries , fruit and coffee. My one quibble- the Inn is in a residential area about a 20-25 minute walk from any restaurants or shopping. So you had to drive, uber or plan to walk for 45 min (rt) if going to dinner or shopping. Not a deal breaker for us, but would’ve been nice to have been closer to exploring “downtown”.

Beautiful property in a great location - walkable to downtown, mansions, and Cliff Walk, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Loved the front porch and all of the little touches that made us feel welcome.

We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!
