Best appointed property I've stayed at

the only drawback to this place is parking. The view is fabulous, the yard is perfect for dogs & there is more than enough stuff in the kitchen for as long a time as you have to stay. It is very small & cozy & we enjoyed it thoroughtly

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable rental at Nye Beach. The location was perfect...easy walk to so many restaurants and shops, and the beach. And it is a great location for visiting areas up and down the coast. Even though it's an older place, we stayed nice and warm during the cold, stormy weather. No streaming services, but plenty of cable TV channels to watch, and WiFi was good. Communication with the owners was great...they maintained contact and gave us lots of useful information. We hope to stay here again during another Whale Watch Week.

Our Favorite Spot in Newport

This is our favorite place to stay in Newport. Dog friendly with a small yard. The property is on the beach with a beautiful view on the back of a larger house just a brief walk to beach access and Nye beach shops. We have stayed here multiple times and love it!

A very beachy, quirky property, needs some updating on walkway, but decor is very cute and adds to location. It’s in a perfect location close to amazing restaurants, shops, beach. Owners are very responsive.

Pleasant stay in the walkable Nye Beach area of Newport.

This property included a full range of amenities for a couple. It also somewhat reflected the historic part of Newport in which it is situated, with a mews-like entry and the quintessential seashore-themed decor. Close to the beach/parks/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Newport on the beach cottage

Very comfortable, very private suite close to the beach. Loved watching the tide come and go. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best equipped suite we ever stayed in. Comfortable bed. Great place!
