This lovely 1/2 acre home is steps away from Bellevue Ave and features relaxed open concept kitchen, family room area. Outstanding outdoor space with charming entrance and private outdoor area in serene surroundings. cozy deck with plenty of seating.
Off street parking for multiple cars in large driveway. Ample storage space for bikes, kayaks, beach gear and more.
Step inside to a bright and cheerful kitchen/family room with dining area. Separate living room, home office/study and half bathroom also located on first floor.
Second floor features 3 bedrooms.
One primary bedroom(king bed) with full bathroom.
Two other bedrooms(one with queen bed, one with bunk beds) share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have window unit a/c.
Third floor carpeted bonus bedroom. Available Oct 1 - May 2026.
