    Fully furnished. No smoking allowed. One small dog up to 25 lbs allowed with Pet fee of $100/month. Cleaning fee of $400 required at move out.

    Lease would be for 8 months, starting October 1st, 2026 and ending May 31st, 2027

    Alternatively, a 1 month lease can be considered from,
