Great home for family beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family getaway that consisted of an infant, toddler, kid and five adults (including one grandparent). There was something for everyone and we all had a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Grear stay!

Two families, four adults and two kids total. Really enjoyed our stay. It was great that each room had its own full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen equipment, handy location to the beach, shops, and a playground!

Great house!

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and had everything you would need including a wagon in the garage to carry firewood down to the beach, along with some beach chairs and toys. It was a short walk to the beach access and to local shopping and places to eat. I would definitely stay at this house again!

This home was well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the whole house was neat and orderly. There were a lot of steps going from one level of the house to the next so we got our exercise in while we were there. :-) We loved the view from the upper balcony, and the central location of the property.

We traveled with family for our daughters gymnastics meet. We had all ages 6months to grandma. The house fit all our needs. The location doesn’t get any better. Walking distance to everything…parks, restaurants, beach etc.

House was perfect for the 6 of us. Each room has its own bathroom plus a half bath on the main living floor. Kitchen was very well stocked and nice touches all through the house like travel soaps and even firewood in the garage for a beach fire. Able to walk into the old town in about 4-5 mins and beach was a couple minutes walk. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided. We really enjoyed our stay. It has been our favorite house of the 4 we have stayed in along the coast.

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was beautiful with fully stocked kitchen supplies. It felt like home. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to some shops and restaurants. We had a large vehicle so parked on the street with no issues. The garage had beach chairs, a wagon, cooler, umbrella…everything you would need for a beach day. If I come back to the area, I will book this every time. Thank you!

Great location in Nye Beach. Walk to the beach or nearby shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Lots of space in home and comfortable. The garages are very small and house is located at an intersection, which means you are hearing vehicles as they stop and go throughout the night. otherwise, great experience!

The house is great. We loved the location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The thermostat was set and not adjustable. Since the weather was cool, the downstairs bedroom was quite cold and there was no way to increase the temp. Otherwise the house is perfect.

Great Fall Newport Oregon Stay!

5 Adults from the area enjoyed staying at the Jewel 💎 of the Nye for 3 Nights as we helped a family member who lives in the area prepare their home for sale. The house is very comfortable, very clean, modern interior & nicely appointed! We really enjoyed the 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds & all adults had their own bathroom! Great ocean views from the house, nice deck & deck chairs. Great gas fireplace & very nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need to make great meals. Sharp knives, great coffee maker, spices, Tupperware & wrapping for sandwiches. Really good access to Nye beach restaurants-Pacific Kitchen is one block away and the Newport Cultural Center is across the street & available to attend music & theater. Two large & nice TV’s in the house with lots of show options via cable. Close to the beach too! We would stay again ! Thanks

Fantastic house!!

The house is amazing. Anyone who has a hard time with stairs, won't like this house. The garage is very small. I have a Ford flex and it could not fit in the garage. There is no actual parking spots on the property. The parking is on the road, next to the house. Very comfortable beds and linens. Everything you can think of in the kitchen. There is only air conditioning in the living room. Wifi works fast. We absolutely loved this house. Will be a return customer.

Great house. Great location. Lousy property management.

The house itself was very nice. Great location. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The problem was the cleaning crew appeared to quit before finishing. Garbage cans were everywhere. clean towels were in a pile on the bed. The washer and dryer were full of sheets. The kitchen was clean but the bathrooms weren't all clean. The property management gave nice lip service to resolving the issues but never did anything more than file a ticket to get cleaners to come finish the job. Never got another update or anything. We will not be staying at a Vacasa managed property any more.
