#1. Absolutely no smoking and no pets...not exceptions. #2. No renters or guests under 25 unless they are K-12 school aged children.

#3. You may not book for someone else. #4.No parties! If the HOA or neighbors advise me there is a party taking place you will be immediately evicted

#5. We hold a security deposit of up to $500. This is collected 24h before arrival. #6. Our insurance requires a signed rental agreement.
