Actual bed as confirmed by hotel reception was a standard double as room was not large enough for king size bed plus furniture. I requested your comments re possible refund as we did not receive what we had paid for. I still await your response "

"The food in the restaurant was very good and in a lovely emvironment. I was a little disappointed with the spa - it was more like a leisure centre pool than a spa. A lovely historic building. We stayed in the old part which was gorgeous. Really helpful, pleasant staff."
