  • NEW on VRBO - Cornerstone is a historic home located a few steps away from the Bellevue Ave mansions including Rosecliff, Marble House, the Elms. The Breakers & Cliff Walk are 3 blocks away. Bailey's Beach is 3/4 miles, Thames St is .5 mile, the Wharf is <1 mile. The townhouse is beautiful, spacious & sunny. It features 3BRs, 1.5BA, large living & dining rooms. It is decorated with new high end furnishings. It is perfect for the family or guest that wants to stay in a beautiful historic home.

    The townhome is best geared toward quiet/low key guests. House rules include no smoking of any kind in or on premises, no pets, no parties/gatherings for security reasons, no loud noises (music, yelling, etc.), no extra guests beyond those stated at time of booking, minimum age of 30 for booking.
