The Space:
This beautiful first floor unit was completely renovated in 2016 and legally converted to a 3 bedroom. Renovations included a fabulous new kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Matching quartz counter for dining, accommodates four. The renovated bath includes a quartz vanity and dual shower heads. Insulation was installed in the walls and ceiling for additional sound proofing. Beautiful hardwoods throughout. This unit has been gently used by the current owner as a family summer getaway.

Walk to coffee shop, park, water and more!! 2 designated parking spots with condo.

The Neighborhood:
The greatest neighborhood in Newport. Walk downtown, walk to beach walk to park with kids or stroll to the coffee shop 5 mins away. Centrally located enough that you wouldn't even need a car! Truly a great place/location to STAY.
