With a hip design, this home sets the stage for your Oregon beach getaway. Featuring 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Hip Nautic is the perfect choice for those preferring some privacy. Just a short walk to the Nye Beach access, you will enjoy dipping your toes in the waves or playing on the sandy beach.

Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (Both Kings can be separated into 2 Twin beds -- with 72 hour prior notice), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 2.5 baths.

Great stay!

This was great for two couples. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and having early check in was great too! Close access to everything we needed.

Just a block away from Nye Beach shops and the water, great beds and good amount of space! We recommend shopping for fresh fish at the marina and bringing it home for gourmet meals.

Great Sister Vacation

Absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, quiet location, walkable to beach and town. Had everything we needed and loved the hot tub. Property manager quick to respond to a question at check-in. We had perfect weather for late Oct., even saw migrating whales our first day.

Spring vacation

We had a wonderful time. The location is excellent. Our kids and pupps walked to the beach almost every day and its only a short drive to numerous other attractions. The home was very clean and well stocked.

Hip Nautic House

This house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Nye Beach was within walking distance. The only concern was the lack of privacy in the backyard as there are apartments above with overlooking decks. The website states that it sleeps 6 but realistically it is perfect for 4. Overall very nice, clean and comfortable.

Perfect Nye Beach Getaway

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 5, plus my 75 yo father, and we even brought our 2 small dogs and there was plenty of space. House does not have spices or coffee, but there are coffee shops within walking distance. Communication with the management company was great, I left a pair of glasses and they found them and shipped them back to me. Perfect house, perfect location!

Great Newport property

This is absolutely a first rate property! Only three blocks from the beach and a small restaurant/retail district. The house is perfect for two couples as there are two master suites. The kitchen is big and well supplied with all the basics to cook your own meals. There is plenty of towels including some for the hot tub in the back yard. A large washer/dryer is available to use also.

This property was a perfect meeting place for our family & friend. 2 of our guests staying are commercial fishermen from Newport 1 Arizona, 1 California. Have been to Newport a number of times but have always opted for Hotels. Couldn’t have been happier with our decision on this property. Location was perfect, space of the property perfect. Decor was very eclectic and fun. Extremely comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Had a very small issue with a couple of drains, property mngt responded immediately and took care of the issue. BBQ on the deck, hot tub in the yard, plenty of room for our corn hole set. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend this property for any future guests and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Newport/Nye. Stressful Beginning…Happy Ending.

We always enjoy our visit to this beautiful place on the Oregon Coast! House is comfortable for two couples and we always appreciate that they are dog friendly. Could use a few more serving type bowls and maybe snapware for leftovers but I usually plan ahead and pack what I will need. Would love to see hot tub charge be an option because we never use it due to the neighbors decks overlooking the backyard. We had a bit of an unusual situation at check in that gave me a mild anxiety attack. Another couple was already inside the home and said that they had it rented. After a call to the company it was determined that I was the renter and they then said that they were friends with the rental company owner and had used a “universal” code. Long story short…they figured out they had the wrong house and left. But it did make me a little uneasy due to the fact they were able to get into the house. Anyhow…after the rough start we had a great holiday at the beach. Thank you!

Great house, great location

The house itself is fantastic--loved the layout and there is plenty of room, especially for just a couple with our dog. We loved being able to see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. The only thing we thought was lacking is a hook in the bathrooms so you can hang up a robe or other clothing items. We didn't end up using the hot tub, unfortunately. The fact that there is an apartment building directly facing the backyard ended up making me less motivated to get in the hot tub (you can see from the pics). We also just didn't have a lot of time. I wish there was a way to only pay the hot tub fee if you actually use it. Cleanliness could have been better. Baseboards and a few other surfaces had visible dust and hair. Maybe my standard is higher than most, but a good house cleaning company doesn't miss these things. I was surprised by all the rules at checkout. I've never stayed anywhere that requires taking out all the trash and recycling, and putting all the towels in one place. It sort of detracts from the vacation feeling. But whatever. Overall, great stay and I would probably stay here again.
