Ocean Front Home in the Heart of Newport

Breathtaking beauty awaits you! Enjoy all of the tranquility and rejuvenation with family and friends by experiencing what the blessed Oregon coast evokes in people. The only things separating this beloved ocean front home and the Pacific Ocean are a few seagulls and a beautiful beach, and all of this is awaiting for you to enjoy and experience! As you overlook the beach there are trails that take you down the hill(or safe steps at the Park-1 blk south) to place your eager toes in the sand and leisurely walk along the miles and miles of sandy beach.

As you cuddle and rest on the deck during your retreat, relax and put your feet up and gently look to your left and see the boats enter and exit the harbor jetty, while listening and watching the waves crash and to your right the majestic view of the Yaquina Head Light House... All of this and more awaits you!

This three or four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a private road with plenty of parking.**Many of the appliances have been updated and the walls recently painted!! You are just minutes away from the Yaquina State Park and Yaquina Bay Light House, and a five minute stroll to restaurants and fifteen minute stroll to the bay front shopping! The Newport Aquarium is a minutes drive as well as The Hatfield Marine & Science Center. When we say In the Heart of Newport- We Mean it!!

Fabulous view, very spacious, has every utensil and pan you could ever want. Wonderful tubs fire pit and fireplaces. Owner was very responsive and came out to get our electric fireplace going. Believe me the pictures do not do this place Justice whatsoever. Much more spacious.

Ocean getaway

Great location. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The younger adults were able to access the beach using the path on the property. The older adults were able to walk a short way south to access the beach. There is a media room with a big tv and great speakers for “movie night”. Would rent this place again. Beds are comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s a sprawling ranch house! There was plenty of room to spread out! The cliff tubs were amazing! Beach access is down the street! We’ll rent again!

Perfect stay

This was a great place to stay! Location was perfect, house was clean and had lots of room, and great views/access to the beach. We requested to check in early to get ready for an event we were in town for. The owner got back to us fast and everything worked out perfectly. We will be rebooking for next year!

Well maintained well stocked. Beautiful ocean view from cliffs above the beach. Amazing resort quality showers . We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor soaking tub. Not ADA accessible but manageable . Great for families

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large and still felt cozy. Plenty of room for our large family with kids to stay. Everyone loved the showers, big claw foot tub and the soaker tubs overlooking the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. Perfect vacation house! We’ll be coming back for sure.

Family coast trip

Loved the house and location. Was nice to have bedrooms at opposite ends with common areas between. This let the early risers not interrupt those that sleep in. The trail to the beach at the house is steep/rough, but there is good access a block in either direction. Used the fire pit and outside tubs almost every night.

Great weekend retreat at the coast!

Simply an awesome house overlooking the beach which made for a great weekend getaway to the coast for family and friends. Great outdoor amenities such as the one-of-a-kind bathtubs overlooking the ocean, hammock swings, and firepit. House is spacious and comfortable with great views of the ocean and beach. House is situated on a quiet street. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Heaven on earth!!

This matriarch of the fam, spent 5 days out on the deck/big room/fire pit. Heaven for me!! All had a blast!! We'll be booking again next year. Only thing to make it better is, screen doors installed ocean side and screens on the windows you can open thru out. Add TV in big room 💞🤗

Great location, HUGE space!

Listing is accurate. Location is great, multiple beach accesses for different age ranges, huge house with lots of room to spread out and come together when wanted. Great views, great media room, kitchen well stocked, and was very clean, especially for pet friendly. And the cliff tubs were a hit, especially with so much hot water for them AND the house! Whole family agreed we'd stay again or try his house next door!

Winter king tide trip

Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils coffee and tea. Beautiful bathrooms very roomy. Overall a great place to stay. Power went out and was out for several hours. Night was coming on. Richard had given a number for firewood delivery it arrived and thank goodness for the fireplaces.

Had a great time at the house with three families. Everything was as advertised. Really enjoyed the tubs and the beach access. House set-up is a bit separated out which is great for some amount of privacy but lacking a bit in terms of a really big shared space for everyone. The house could benefit from drapes to separate the back bedroom from the fire pit area. I look forward to visiting in the summer. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a large accommodating house to experience the beauty of the Oregon coast.

Five star experience!

Annual coastal trip with friends. Amazing view from master bedroom. Amazing deck with outside fireplace and seating with stairs to two bathtubs that are an out of world experience at sunrise and sunset. Sky chairs to hang and swing from. The tubs are not as pictured but well taken care of as weathered. Great amenities. Two fireplaces were great. Kitchen well stocked although could use some mixing bowls. Master bath had fabulous shower, heated floors and towel rack. Great entertainment room. Overall house was cozy but ran on the cold side. Could use more blankets for keeping warm on couches. Will be back!

Beautiful house, but could use some work

The house has a awsome veiw and we loved the fireplace. But, be warned. Smoke will travel into the master bedroom if you have a fire. The coffee pot did not work nor did the DVD player in the movie room. Richard was very quick to respond to us, but with only staying 1 night he was unable to help us.
