Oceanfront studio with King bed, hot tub & AC

Quality without compromise. Ease of access makes this first floor unit ideal for a quick retreat to the pool, or relaxing in the conveniently located spa (both are seasonal). The Historic Nye Beach District, within easy walking distance, boasts plenty of restaurants, shops, live entertainment and beach access. As an added bonus just open the door and you are 116 steps away from the sand and the water! Breath-taking views and unique experiences await you at Nye View.

The space
Nye View has a luxurious king sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you're sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales! The pool & hot tub are open 10am-10pm. The pool is available for guests between June-August.

What's nearby
Within walking distance you're sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!

Guest access
We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay.

This unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.

One designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay. Our guests have full access to the hot tub and pool, located behind the building (not ocean side) open from June until August.

Private beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building. **NOTE** There are several steps down to the beach from the private beach access. About 115 steps. Guests are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away if they do not want to use the private beach access.

A laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors between 9am-9pm. Coin operated (Quarters). The laundry room key is also located in the hall closet; please return. There’s a $10 fee for lost or unreturned keys.

Other things to note
Please be sure to list all guests on your reservation. The building is home to short-term properties, and long-term homeowners. We ask that guests are considerate of others in the building at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.

There is a no-smoking policy that applies to the entire complex, which we want guests to be aware of during their stay. If a guest is seen smoking or vaping on property, the on-site manager will ask that they leave. Additionally they will be charged a $200 violation fee. **Please, to avoid any interruption of vacation time, refrain from smoking on site. If a violation occurs, we will not be able to provide a refund for any time lost.

The building has a no-pet policy. We are happy to have guests with registered service animals, just let us know so that we can inform the on-site manager.

Fireworks on the grounds inside or outside of this property are prohibited.

Location Location Location!

Walking distance to Nye Beach shops and restaurants and a gorgeous ocean view. This rental was the perfect size for my wife and I and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet oceanfront getaway!

Perfect Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed here as part of our coastal honeymoon trip. The place was spacious for a studio and the host was very considerate, providing complementary snacks, coffee, and toiletries. The view of the water is spectacular and this place is located very centrally in Newport, making it easy to find food, coffee, and fun. We hope to come back for an anniversary trip!

Wonderful cozy get away by the sea.

Condo is small but cozy and well equiped. Amazing view of the ocean. Lovely area of Oregon coast with lots around to do and see. Nye beach is a short walk away and a nice area with restaurants and intereting shops.

Room with a VIEW!

Stopped here for a quick night during our week long road trip. It was a great spot very walkable to local spots. Clean unit. Comfy bed. And ahhhh-mazing VIEWS!! We even had a friendly seagull visitor (don’t worry, we didn’t feed him).

Amazing location

See that view in the picture? It’s just like that. Adirondack chairs just outside the back on the small patio makes a comfortable place for the sunset. Just at the top of the stairs down to the beach. Thanks.
