King size bed and double pullout sofa in living space that easily sleeps 4. Has gally kitchen and walking tiled shower. Room is right on the first floor when you enter and steps away from the lobby. no elevator needed. There is a beautiful rooftop deck that has a spectacular view of all of Newport.
Minutes from the Gooseberry Beach that has daily entrance. You can walk to all the restaurants and the harbor in seconds. Plenty of parking as well, no nightly fees.
