Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.

Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.

It has one large bedroom with king bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

This was a great property! You can really tell Shirley cares about your stay. There were so many little thoughtful touches she put into the experience. The condo is beautiful and updated, very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

This was a clean property with a wide glass door and windows, plus a balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Plenty of room and comfortable seating. Very good location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Great location and well stocked

This condo is in the Nye Beach area, a really cool part of Newport. The condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. The view is awesome and the path to the beach is just around the corner. The owner is a great communicator and does everything needed for a nice stay. There is one reserved parking spot for you and if you have a second vehicle you’ll have to find a spot in the neighborhood. We walked just about everywhere from this location.

The living room furniture was super nice and comfortable .. the best I’ve experienced in a rental home. Kitchen was stocked with teas, and sugar and other convient items. The house was lovely and then of course there is the view and location … the host was super nice. We will rebook …

Long weekend

The condo was as advertised. Well stocked nice welcome goodies, quiet, clean and an amazing view. When we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the deck with binoculars watching the ocean. The weather was very favorable, sunny all three days. We will recommend this condo to our family and friends.

The condo was beautiful, more than the pictures reveal. It was very nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. The kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back from the East Coast in the future.

The Ocean

The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Quick and easy walking access to the beach was a bonus. Being in the heart of the Nye Beach offered many options for dining and arts. The condo was super clean, comfortable and well organized. We look forward to our booking.

Just amazing!

Our short stay here was simply amazing, the view and sunsets were a definite plus. The condo is clean and well taken care of. Shirley is an amazing host and makes you feel welcome in her place. She even helped us out after leaving some items behind. Wish we could of stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone who is staying in the area.

Just what I needed. Picked this place on an impulse trip to the coast. I Had no idea what a little gem this place would turn out to be! I kept seeing exceptional in other reviews, so I thought ide give it a go. And it truly turned out to be “exceptional”. The view of the ocean was amazing! The condo itself was so incredibly clean. Nicely furnished with charming decor. It’s in a sweet little neighborhood with a few, charming small restaurants and shops. I was so pleased with the place that I tried to extend my stay but learned it was already booked. And Shirley, the owner, responds to texts so quickly. I learned The only reason I was able to book this place on an impulse was because somebody had last minute canceled. Quite the blessing for me at a time I needed a get away after the loss of a close friend. Planning to return in the future, but I’ll know to look in advance. In reading reviews left in the guestbook it seems that there are many, many people who return over and over once they find this sweet little treasure.

Perfect beach getaway

This 2 bathroom apartment had all the amenities anyone could ask for, plus a gorgeous beach view from a ridge about 30 feet above. It was very clean, and Shirley texted occasionally to make sure all our needs were met. It's a wonderful place to be on the beach or to just sit in one of the comfortable recliners and watch it from above. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I absolutely loved my weekend stay at Shirley’s beachfront condo! I needed a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and this was just perfect. The condo was clean and stocked and so welcoming. The ocean view was insane and so therapeutic. Newport is a great town with lots do and explore. I shall be returning as my yearly get away. Highly recommend

Clean and well- stocked condo with a great view. Loved the lanai! Easy beach access. Everything we needed and then some. Nice appliances and meal prep items. Roomy and comfortable bed and furniture plus 2 bathrooms! Nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores, etc. Great restaurants on the harbor. We really enjoyed it!!
