Perfect location in downtown Newport
The loft is right in the heart of downtown, so it’s easy to walk everywhere you would want to go. They also have nearby parking which made it easy to get in/out when we preferred to take the car. The only downside of being right downtown is it can be noisy at night. The loft was very clean, spacious and well organized. The layout was great for our family where we had separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but lots of common space in the open kitchen/dining/living room area where we could all hang out together. The host was very responsive as well in answering our questions.

Excellent stay and perfect location
This property was absolutely perfect for our 4 night stay in Newport. The condo was very clean and exactly how it was pictured/described. We had two couples and a 15month old and all had plenty of space! Very centrally located with easy access to everything you need - restaurants, shops, bars, etc. including a delicious pizza shop right across the street and coffee shop downstairs. Parking was easy and close, which was a bonus on a busy street. The only thing I’d note for future visitors is that the noise can get a little loud in the evenings as it’s a busy area, but that didn’t bother us at all. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Perfect location, beautiful property
Perfect location for an off-season stay (although would be noisy during high season). Parking passes were a huge plus, as was coffee shop downstairs. Beautiful, spacious, light and airy. Definitely recommend!
