All new everything, appliances, cabinets and finishes. Well designed, super clean, hardwoods throughout with beautifully tiled bath. Bathroom can be accessed through either bedroom or living room and guest loft. 60-inch TV in living room and smaller TV in bedroom. Private parking and entry area. Private Bluestone patio and yard for grilling and entertaining outside. Central air and washer/dryer in unit. Walk or bike to stunning Newport Beaches. Close to downtown and military base only a few miles away. $5000 monthly June, July August Sept - May $2200 monthly
