The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back

We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany.
