"We checked in in the evening. Evening staff had excellent customer service. He gave us a goodie bag. That was an unexpected bonus! When we checked out in the morning, day staff was excellent as well! The place was clean. We would definitely stay again!"

High pitch frequencies ranging from 5 hz up to a peak of 22000hz was noticed, felt extremely uncomfortable,nauseating and was woken up constantly. I aksed the manager Warren to look into and was td to take my medicine. He had no regard for my concerns and has no apparent knowledge or concerns of any BC regulations. "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I for 4 nights. Parking in their driveway on a quiet street. Keypad entrance into the suite. Close enough drive to various shopping areas.The bed is only a double, so it felt a little tight, but comfy enough.A small amount of noise from the family upstairs, but nothing concerning.We would stay again if in the area."

"Our stay was good overall! Place was clean, host was easy to chat with. Only issue is the noise. The place is not sound proof and you can hear everything upstairs. Kids running around and some vacuuming late at night which is too bad and noise early in the morning. No other complaints though as the place was clean, a good central location for Surrey wedding venues, and it was affordable. "
