"The house is very spacious for our large family. Also, they have some game for our family for some entertainment. There are plenty of towel for us. All bed is nice, the shower water pressure its a bit light. Overall, our family enjoy our time at this family ranch house. Our host serena is very considerate for our update of our groups few days before our stay. Our host very great with communication"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely book it again the next time we're in town! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and very well maintained.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the large bathrooms were a great feature. We especially enjoyed the spacious living room, which had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax together. Having two separate dining areas was also very convenient.The owners were friendly, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!"

"I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cottage from late May through early July while working in the area, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. The cottage was peaceful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for and extended stay. It truly became a relaxing retreat after long workdays. Evelyn and Gary were exceptional hosts. They were welcoming, thoughtful, and always made sure I was comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Neosho, Joplin, and beautiful places like Shoal Creek and George Washington Carver National Monument. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and the opportunity to enjoy nature during my downtime. If you're looking for a place that feels more like a home than a rental, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Evelyn and Gary, for your incredible hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return if I'm ever back in the area."
