Allt na Criche is situated overlooking Gaskbeg Farm with lovely views of the Straths and hills which are very accessible in the summer and frequently snow covered in the winter. Gaskbeg is at the western edge of the Cairngorms National Park, very close to Laggan Wolftrax bike centre and equidistant between the two outdoor capitals of Aviemore in the East and Fort William in the west.
Allt na Criche and is a delightful two bedroom cottage that very comfortably sleep four in either two doubles or one double and two singles. There are grab rails throughout the property and height light switches for thiose with accessibility needs. There is underfloor heating throughout the cottage, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a separate dining room, a cosy sitting room and a wet room. Heating, linen towels and Wi-Fi are all included in the price. The cottage has an enclosed garden that is very peaceful and relaxing and there are numerous opportunities for walking from your back door. Allt na Criche are named after the burn (small river) that runs past the cottages, Allt na Criche flows into the Allt Bronach that then flows past the cottages. Allt na Criche means the ‘boundary burn’ and Allt Bronach means the ‘sad melancholy burn’.
