This is my 4th time staying at Alexander Inn because the hospitality staff is great with communication and always available to help make your stay better with recommendation and friendly . The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great location and very central to everything.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at a Hyatt property and this is the second time we’ve been thoroughly impressed by the staff and property. Super friendly and super helpful staff. We love the cleanliness and vibes of the property itself. Valet was waaaaay too expensive though.

the hotel is beautiful and classic. The room was clean and spacious. But what made the stay special was the staff. So helpful and friendly - so nice to see staff with such pride in their work.

Worst experience I have had in a hotel since forever. A complete disgrace to the Hilton brand. They clean by default rooms only every second day, as if it is an airbnb. They only did room service after the first night I stayed. I stayed for six nights and they never did room service after, despite me asking three times in the same day. After the third time, they told me that they made a note and that someone would finally clean the room tomorrow. Of course no one showed up the next day or any day after that. Some reception personnel are rude at best. Beware.
