The entire building is beautiful and the pictures do not give justice to the actual building or rooms themselves, it looks better in person than what the pictures portray. I am looking forward to staying here anytime I am in the country or area as it’s the best I have been in since I have been in the area. Issues with rooms are resolved promptly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the food in the restaurant is amazing. This is the best hotel in douala for those who need a good European standard hotel with amazing comfort and customer service. Will be returning soon as they made my stay enjoyable. "
