"The room was not the room we booked on line. Requested a room change and was shown the same room but on a different floor. The one we got, came with a price increase. Moved the next day..Mold and mildew everywhere. Hard to breathe. Nothing we could do about it. I The rooms are very dated. Bathroom was clean and updated. Staff, especially Gusmi, were very nice. "

"Very good location, only a few minutes from the beach and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants close by. Staff were so friendly especially with my young baby, always helping with the pram when it comes to the steps and accommodated with a cot in the room free of charge.
