Great hotel. Amazing view of both falls. They add parking fees that I didn’t know about though. Be careful. I read that all the hotel in that area do.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Not the best, but not the worse. The Hotel needs updating, no in room safe or microwave if you have kids. Found ants in a few drawers and bathtub. Housekeeping is not avaliable until after your stay.
