Walking distance to main areas was good. Parking $25.00 ridiculous. Room was clean. Just watch for bed frame. It cut my husband's skin and manager was not very empathetic. Overall, good deal.

Overall great experience. rooms were super clean and smelt really nice and sanitary. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly. Most channels had either weak or no signal at all. Kids were a bit disappointed.

Dirty, dingy. The floors were sticky and room was not clean. You have to pay 25 for parking-theres places closer to the falls for cheaper parking. They say free breakfast, but theres no food in the place. They give you a coupon for breakfast at a restaurant that is not attached to the hotel, and it is not dine in only-very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is a little bit too old and the price is reasonable. I stayed for 2 days but no room cleaning for the second day, so the bathroom really messy and dirty.

This wasn't the fanciest hotel, was a little old but the staff were so nice. I left something valuable behind and they called me to make sure I got it before I left town. Really very nice people. Good value for the area which can be super pricey.

Location was easy to walk to the falls. The ladies at front desk were able to accommodate our group with adjoining rooms which we appreciated tremendously. However, nothing was mentioned about $25 parking fee per night at time of booking. Hotel very clean and staff friendly even enduring a busy time for the eclipse.
