Ideal location, outrageous parking fee, smooth check in, lots of restaurants and shops, room was perfect, view was beautiful. Only stayed one night so really was not able to enjoy enough.

We were on the "45th floor". The view was nice except for the casino building smack dab in the middle blocking part of the Canadian falls but still quite amazing. Wifi in the room kept dropping amd was not very reliable. Elevators took very long to get to the floor (10-15mins) and were always paked with people. Not sure if all of 6 elevators were working. You have to pay extra for parking for every night (depending on onsite or offsite $50-$80 each night you are there), but the location is convenient to the falls and Clifton Hill if you don't mind walking for about 15-20mins to reach them. Hotel staff service was great.

My kids thought this was the most amazing hotel on the planet! Great big rooms, 2 nice pools, wonderful restaurants, and lots of kid-friendly activities going on in the lobbies all the time.

This place is lovely. The room is large and spacious. The hotel has lots of nice amenities. Nice gym, nice pool, though the reservation system is a bit trying. Lots of restaurants either withing the hotel, connected via Fallsview casino, or right outside. Bus stop is right outside as well. Absolutely worth the money for the view and the experience.

No A/C in our room for entire stay. was over 80 degrees all the time. Made it hard to sleep. TV was tiny size, and the movie channels did not work. $65 a day for parking is the most I have ever paid. view was great, but we couldn't wait to go home.

The location was great and the room had a great view. The room was run down. The couch was threadbare, I had to fix the toilet as the chain was off the hook, the luggage rack fell apart when I took it out of the closet, the drawers on the bureau would keep rolling open, there were big pulls in the carpet and the hot tub had brown stains around the jets. The elevator was being worked on during our stay so we had to walk down 38 flights after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator. This was the “upgraded “ room. Staff was nice in the lounge.

My parents stayed there for an anniversary get away and the hotel only had 1 of 6 elevators were working and they had to take the stairs down 16 floors. They asked for a lower floor and were not accommodated. They are almost 80 years old and are in pain from this experience

$80 plus tax ($90) for parking is absolutely disgusting!!! We already paid over $500 for a less than 24 hr stay!!! Booked time for the infinity pool and it was packed at 10 pm. (Couldn’t even use it) The shower had zero pressure and the toilet ran. $500 was definitely not worth the money. I would not book here again. It was a 15-20 mins to Lundy’s lane. Not impressed

Super close walk to Niagara Falls. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. Our menu/guide on the TV stopped working on the second day so finding anything to watch was frustrating. Someone from maintenance did come to look at it but he couldn't fix it and said the guy who could, wouldn't be in until Monday but we were only there for the weekend.

Hotel is beautiful with comfortable suites. Fire alarm at 4:00 am was poorly handled. No communication during the alarm and very delayed response when alarm was turned off. Many elderly people were left on the stairway to fend for themselves. It was a bit alarming at how uninvolved the hotel staff were.
