I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls and overall the hotel was clean, especially compared to my previous stay in Washington DC. However, we did experience one major issueβ€”there were bedbugs in the room. I immediately informed the front desk, and the staff member was helpful and offered to move us to another room right away. While I appreciate the quick response, the situation was still very concerning. Even after changing rooms, I felt worried about possibly bringing bugs home with us. Cleanliness is very important, and I hope the hotel takes extra care to prevent this issue in the future.

This was a family trip to Niagara Falls. Our stay was pleasant. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet, we liked the fact that there was a movie theater in walking distance.
