"When we arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty. The mattress pad did not fit the bed. The sheets were nasty. Yeah the mattress pad was crumbling on the inside. It smelled bad. The mattress itself was dirty. The staff put us in another room, which was much better. The property needs better housekeeping. The views were wonderful all in all the the hotel needs to be updated"

"This was a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The property inside and out was clean. I loved how much room the bunk bed room had in it. The kids loved having their own area. The location is in a wonderful spot and makes it easily to walk to everything going on. Our only complaint is that you have to spep up pretty high to get into the bathroom. There's a sign that says watch your step before going in, but not coming out. My husband forgot about the step coming out and fell. He did something to his foot and had a hard time walking. So just watch out for that step!"
