We have some issues with the TV service and internet connection. The property looks good, some painting repairs especially around the bad room. In general is a very good place, very cheap offer and good service.

We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for one night. We had booked two family rooms. Each room had two double beds, comfortable for a night's stay and good sleep. The owner of the place, Yash, had called up on the day of check-in to confirm our reservation. Budget-friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation option for families in a tourist prominent place. Rooms were exactly as in photos and had all the described amenities.

The room was ok for a family to stay. Hygiene was ok. Had issues with hot water in the bathroom. It was fixed by the staff when notified. Staff were good and helpful. Place was a little noisy considering its on the highway side. Please note that there is only one floor and people were coming in and out to the rooms in the midnight which creates a little discomfort if you are sound sensitive.

Oldie but adequate

Need mid sized hand towels, not just washclothes andshower towels(could use new towels as they are getting worn out). Adjoining wall room was making loud noise and banging walls at all hours while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a WWE wrestler match at 2-3 AM every night. Room was clean, comfirtable, sheets & linens were good. No safety concerns in the area, only less than 15 minutes to THE FALLS area and easy to get too. Lots of shopping and food within a mile or 2. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful, in addition to providing visitors guide and making recommendations about visiting Niagra State Park, the activities and parking suggestions. This place is an old school Motel that was all we needed for a few days in the Niagra area and affordable.

The hotel itself is nothing spectacular HOWEVER the staff is AMAZING. The rooms are outdated but EXTREMELY CLEAN. I will stay here again just for the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nice, older, well kept hotel. Staff was amazing! A coffee set up in the room would have been nice, but there was a convenience store next-door, so no real problem.

I booked this very quick and was very pleased with my stay. From the time I checked in the owner was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were really clean, as soon as I walked in I could smell the cleanliness. The room is old and does need some updating, but overall would recommend.

Not to many people at the Motel, the Man who checked us in was very helpful and nice. The Motel is older but very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. No musty smell.

I loved the room size, great A/C, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and that the freezer on the mini fridge actually froze my ice pack overnight! Miracles do happen! My husband got stuck on the fact that there was no ice machine or coffee machine (room or office) and no juice or breakfast. My family favorite detail: toilet and shower in a separate room from the sink. Yes! So great for getting ready and maintaining privacy! I also totally love the parking outside the room. Loading/unloading is a snap! Overall Ratings: 5 from me. 4 from him.
