Room was very clean, looked fairly new and well-maintained. Bathrooms were also clean and front-desk staff was also friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again if needed. Good value for money!

Parking can be tight, limited spots at the front. Very clean and updated less the washroom. Bed was comfortable but the walls are thin and could hear people partying until early morning.

The room was very clean and spacious. The front desk person i met on the day we check in was a white older gentleman.he was very accommodating and very nice, funny too. We don't like the breakfast and parking, terrible.

The noise from other units was unbearable. Staff was outstanding. No elevator. Parking in back of building low lighting. not notified that room key fit back entrance for easier access. Breakfast poor. I picked this one because of the Wyndum name. Don't be fooled. Breakfast was not idea. I can see the effort to improve but they're not there yet. This left me with a poor assumption with Wyndham. Never agin Wyndham.

Very friendly staff and nice clean hotel. Just one thing, I didn’t know that this hotel doesn’t have elevator to upper floor. I would have called them before and requested a room at entry level floor because i was traveling with my parents who are senior citizens. Other than that everything was good.

All the staff were very good to deal with. One does stand out. My wife had lost a bracelet which means a lot to her. We had looked all over the room for it and decided she must have lost it at the Falls. As we were leaving our room one of the staff asked if we were checking out. We told her yes. As we were getting in our car she walked up to us and gave my wife her bracelet. She had started cleaning our room and found bracelet in the covers. We appreciate her going to the trouble of catching us before we left. I am sorry to say I do not know her name. But THANKS
