"The hotel has many external amenities close by. The property looks dated. The waterpark is small. Rooms were generally quite large and good for a family. Very limited on site meal options. Water park and banquet halls snack locations appeared to close prior to advertised. The BP had a sign stating dine in or take out til 11pm. I read that as ability to order food up til 11. Kitchen closed at 10:30 and bar 10:45. Check out was slow. 11:00 am check out for everyone means long line. Parking was $25 extra per night"

"The kitchen was fully equipped, the space was gorgeous bright and spacious and in an ideal location! The host was responsive, kind, helpful and warm. 10/10 I highly recommend "

"Thank you to our host, as he was responsive and helpful. A few points around cleanliness and the expectations; the couch had a lot of stains we avoided sitting on the large one. The kitchen exhaust screens above the stove are damaged, dirty and oil is leaking from them, so we didn’t want to cook so much. The exhaust fans in the bathroom are pretty dirty and the majority of the floor vents are broken. The broken vents were concerning for my children as they are a hard plastic and they almost got hurt as their foot sank in them. There was NO Kleenex or tissues in the house - big inconvenience. The towels are on your beds, which we didn’t expect since all the bathrooms had no towels in them and we had to ask the host. I would suggest that you place a hand towel in the main floor bathroom. We had a long drive to get to your house and my children rushed to the bathroom as it is right next to the main entrance, only to find no hand towel. Over all it had what you need at a minimum. The location was nice with the park for the kids, the fooseball table in the garage was dirty and inconvenient. The house can you a renew, a lot of scratches and dents in the wall. It wasn’t totally what we expected based on the pictures. Everything worked, and the beds were comfortable, so overall a good rental for the amount we paid. Thank you. "
