This would of received a lower star review, but we were given early access to our room, so we give them that, and the location was great. As a group of 3, we booked a comfort triple room that "sleeps" 3, we received 2 single beds and chair that unfolded to a hard flat surface. Deceiving in the comfort part for the 3rd person. Second, during our daily adventure, we returned to a bathroom floor full of water, almost 1 cm deep. We requested a room change as there was no maintenance or management around, just staff at the front desk, which tried to help, but was limited and had no extra rooms. So we ended up cleaning up the water and temporarily blocked the holes in the wall and around the toilet. Btw, the image of the lobby is AI, its being renovated, which starts noise around 930-10am

It was a good experience for the most part. I did get a wake up call I didn’t ask for at 5:30 and I asked the light in the bathroom to get fixed but it did not. Otherwise, clean and nice bar.

The location was good, room had a comfy bed, a good shower, and air conditioning. But, the tv wouldn’t stay on, that’s right, it kept turning off; the noise from the street came through the old windows, and someone was thumping around in the room above us until 1am. Also during heavy rain, there were a couple of significant leaks on our floor.

Hotel well located and secure. Staff friendly and professional. Room clean and comfortable.
