Super séjour

Super, l'appartement indépendant dans la maison est fonctionnel propre avec piscine et clim en plus. On apprécie le calme de cette belle maison sans vis-à-vis quand nous rentrons de nos sortie. Quand au propriétaire que dire, j'adore ce gars par sa discrétion, sa gentillesse, son sens de l'humour, sa simplicité. Il nous a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. A refaire sans hésiter.

Havre de paix

Nous avons séjourné pour la 2 ème fois dans cette location. Cet endroit est idéal pour nous, tout est sécurisé, le terrain est clôturé, de grands arbres permettant de se mettre à l'ombre pour le déjeuner accompagnés par le chant des cigales. La magnifique piscine ou nous avons passé beaucoup de temps et ce calme, cette douceur de vivre. Toutes les commodités se trouvent dans un rayon de 2km. Notre hôte toujours aussi charmant que nous remercions une fois de plus pour toutes les petites et grandes attentions. Merci Mr Maurizio 🙏🏻🌸

Très bien

Très belle propriété au calme et proche de tout les sites touristiques. La piscine (juste pour nous) avec ses transats nous a fait un bien fou au vu delà température extérieure. Les emplacements pour manger a l extérieur sont très bien disposés. Propriétaire discret mais toujours disponible

Endroit très Calme et reposant . Piscine magnifique sans vis à vis … tout est réuni pour passer d’agréables vacances. Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette très jolie propriété. Un grand terrain avec un jardin luxuriant , une piscine magnifique avec un entretien impeccable et journalier. Plusieurs endroits pour manger à l'ombre ou au soleil. Les commerces sont à proximité, la boulangerie, la rôtisserie, le magasin BIO, le boucher. Le propriétaire Maurizio est d'une rare gentillesse et d'une discrétion absolue. Famille Saam🌸

Excellente expérience

Appartement avec une terrasse incroyable qui permet de trouver de l'ombre à n'importe quelle moment de la journée. En fait plus une sorte de maison. Au calme, bien placé, bien équipé et doté d'une piscine très grande pour juste les occupants. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Maurizio est très sympathique, à la fois présent mais très discret. A recommander sans hésitation.

Moderne woning met mooi privé-zwembad

Fraaie woning voor 2 a 3 personen, rustige omgeving op 20 minuten van Nice airport, met een prachtig eigen zwembad. Vier terrassen om te zitten. Afgesloten terrein met eigen parkeerplaats. Gastvrije eigenaar. Bakker en supermarkt op 5 minuten met de auto. Strand (kiezels en douche ) op 10 minuten met voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Sont descriptif est assez important, tout est conforme, situation, équipements, services, distances etc. Tout est propre, de qualité, en bon état.
