Villa Gattières is a beautiful villa located in a peaceful area at 200m away from the typical village of Gattières. The property offers a living room with tv, a dining room, a full equipped kitchen. On ground flor you will have a first king size bed bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find a third bedroom with single bed, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a last bedroom with king size bed and one single bed. In total the villa can welcome 10 people. All bedrooms offers air conditioning. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet.
You will be delighted by having your dinner from the terrace and its barbecue and you will love the brand new swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are at 200m away from the villa. The beach is at 25 minutes by car and Nice city center at 30 minutes away. Perfect for a holiday rental on the French Riviera.
