City center apartment in a Belle Époque holiday villa from the end of the 19th century.

Magnificent apartment in the heart of the city located in a magnificent holiday villa built in 1896 by the architect Adam Dettloff on behalf of a wealthy English aristocrat.

Typical of the Belle Époque, you will be seduced by its unique style mixing magnificent original decorations.

The apartment has been completely renovated and restored, its authentic style preserved while adding the comfort of modern equipment.

A modern kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cellar, etc…

A bathroom with free-standing bath, walk-in shower, electric towel dryer, washbasin, WC, etc.

A large living room, with its restored original ornaments, moldings, gilding, marble fireplace, period chandeliers, Hungarian point parquet.

It includes a sleeping area with 160x200 bed, coffee table, 55P television, dining table, 3-seater sofa, cupboards with plenty of storage, etc...

The apartment is completed by a quiet balcony, overlooking the garden of the Villa.
