It was one of the best holiday inn we stay in. So close to the airport and train station just outside . So convinced. Room was so nice and clean. Very good breakfast, Amazing coffee 😊

Stayed two nights Nov 2023. Location near airport and train station is really good. Very easy to walk to hotel from Airport terminal 1, from terminal 2 you need to take free tram to terminal 1. The building holds two hotels, and entrance to Holiday Inn Express is on the right side as you approach from the airport. Check in was fine after a wait. Room was an average HI express room, not brand new, but not severely dated either. Breakfast was ok, but if you go after the first hour, not everything is restocked. Selection was fine for an included breakfast, but would expect more if paying extra. My room did not get serviced after the first night. I literally waited in the lobby after my HOHO bus tour as they were finishing. Reported it to the desk and they said everyone had already left, it wasn’t even 5pm, and they couldn’t do anything. They did not apologize in the least or just ask me if I needed anything. It wouldn’t have taken so little for me to walk away happy. Another rep didn’t even finish checking me out before helping another customer as I stood there. Some of the staff is likely new and needs customer service training.

It is an efficient hotel. Very good for money. Staff were very efficient and professional. clean and very good hotel. The only drawback is the absence of Gym and exercise area.

Very close to Tram 2 and Terminal 1. Need to walk back to Tram 2 to take free ride to Terminal 2 (don't try to walk there with luggage). Only complaint is lack of level entry to hotel: must take luggage on long switchback ramp, or climb many stairs.

It is what we have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was very professional while still being personable. It was quiet for being near an airport. It is a 5 minute walk to terminal 1 so it was very convenient for us. We will definitely continue to stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The people working there was very nice and friendly, I have been to Paris many times but Nice is really a different place, I would give that hotel a 10 star if I could. The girl receptionist and the breakfast room were amazing.

Excellent choice for overnight hotel stay before the early flight. Very short walkable distance at about 5 min to Terminal 1 of the airport, slightly longer walk 15-30 min to Terminal 2. Stayed a few times, will definitely stay again there.

This new property would get 5 stars except for the fact that it’s difficult to get to, difficult to park and hard to transfer your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. There’s no where to park a car near the reception area to check in, you must park in the shared garage with the Crown Plaza next door. Nice facility, just inconvenient and exhausting.

This hotel is an easy walk from the airport. As well as centrally located to both the train and tram. The rooms are clean and quiet. The window even opens!! Excellent breakfast options. We’d definitely stay here again.

Property is near to Airport and main tram/ bus/ train station. Facilities were very basic and not suited for family. No water in room as well available at reception. We have to buy it with high cost from next hotel. Room was having one window and very bad view from there. No cupboards in room so very difficult to keep luggage. vey basic hotel and its outside city area (almost 35 minutes from city center). Staff was also ok. Breakfast was same every day with no variations.

Summer family stop over
This was a stop over after arriving late at Nice airport and leaving for Monoco the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, the breakfast was good and overall it met all our requirements well. It is a walk of around 15 mins from the airport and conveniently opposite the train station.

Hotel is just outside the the main centre of Nice, but there are great transport links. There is a train station 2min walk away which will take you to Cannes, Monaco etc. Staff are very friendly and extremly helpful. Hotel is clean and modern. Would happily stay again.

Hotel was in an excellent location for travelling to other towns and villages. Tram and train right outside. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good if simple and staff were helpful. Only complaint was the air conditioning wasn't very strong so beware if you go in summer. Wi-Fi was a bit slow as well but nothing major. Overall it was a great stay.
