It is a lovely property and the breakfasts were super - lots of self service choice, but if you like something hot, then forget it.

Walls were paperthin, could hear the neighbors like they were in the room. Bathroom was supersmall so i barely fit. Breakfast was not worth the price. But the lady in the reception was superfriendly and did what she could. Pool area looked nice but didnt try it. Parking was super-small.

Attractive Hotel from the outside, that’s it…

Attractive hotel with 1 member of staff and cleaner. Walking distance to the town with nice restaurants cafe bars/shops places of interest. Hotel is tired and needs updating and maintenance. £585 inc taxes!! for a room that was very small,( not room enough for 2 people) dust under the bed & cobwebs on the ceiling, the shower floor was very cracked, needs to be removed and replaced. The food for breakfast was ok. I was disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel.

Small, quiet oasis in bustling Vence

This small, cosy hotel offers a good way to visit Vence without feeling hemmed in by tourists. The best things about the hotel are its quiet location, the in-room air conditioning, the swimming pool, and the on-site parking. The location of the hotel is convenient: it is just a few minutes walk to the busy narrow streets of the historical center and to the Matisse Chapel. Another advantage is that it is very quiet because it is not right in the center of the crowded town. Convenient on-site parking costs 8 Euros per night (reserve ahead). Note that the hotel entrance is on a lower level – take the stairs up to the rooms and pool. Nina at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room number 2, up two flights of stairs. The room was small but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and walk-in shower are fully equipped. The in-room air conditioning was great – we visited during the heatwave in July. The swimming pool is a major bonus. Take a refreshing dip and then relax on the loungers. Breakfast is included in the price and can be eaten on the terrace but the food quality was not great. A few other things could be improved. The outdoor speakers play rock music from early in the morning until nighttime – totally unnecessary! The in-room fridge needed to be defrosted. The in-room deoderiser was not needed. Summary: Villa Roseraie is a great place to stay when visiting Vence. Although a few things could be improved, we would consider staying here again.

Absolute Gem! The cutest little hotel. Angela, the concierge was very helpful, and went above and beyond to explain every aspect of the property, and nearby area. Would definitely book again.

Bohemian Charme

Nothing like a large hotel. Personal, comfortable and very welcoming. Each room is different. there is a kind of Bohemian theme in our room but when you actually visit Medieval Vence - it all makes sense. I loved this hotel and would happily go back. I stayed in 6 hotels over this holiday and i must say this was the comfiest bed by far.

Hotel con encanto en un pueblo bonito, la atención por parte del personal muy atenta y amable, pero lo más importante para mí cuándo vas a un hotel es que el colchón esté en condiciones óptimas y en este caso no lo estaba, lo cual nos dejó con un sabor agridulce. Os aconsejaría que observaseis estos detalles. El colchón estaba completamente hundido con lo que los dos acabamos en mitad de la cama toda la noche. Incómodo.

Nous recommandons l’hôtel a changé de propriétaire il y a 1 semaine deux femmes super sympathique vous accueille et font de leur mieux pour vous satisfaire L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme et Vence se situe à 10min à pieds du vieux Vence donc très pratique.

Pass på !

Vi forlot rommet etter 25 min og teste til et annet hotell . Rommet var sprayet med citron duft/insektsgift(?) i svært stor grad og vi klarte ikke å være der inne . Lite hjelp fra ikke engelsk talene vertinne . Hun gjorde heller ingen ting for å tilbakebetale skatt , frokost og parkering som vi hadde betalt ved ankomst. Unngå dette hotellet , det er useriøst.

Le personnel est chaleureux et a l'écoute, les chambres sont superbe et bien entretenu, la piscine et les tables a manger sont toujours propre . Les petits déjeuners sont excellents . Décevant !

Points positifs : accueil, bonne literie Points négatifs : clim en panne, (mise à disposition d'un ventilateur) salle de bain wc très jolie mais très étroite, dans un couloir où il n'y a pas lieu d'y avoir une énorme baignoire. P'tits déjeuner 12euros trop cher pour du lidl. Parking 8euros très petit pour manœuvrer. Ménage tout les 3 jours !!!... détecteurs de fumée ??? Est ce que le fait de réserver une chambre économique (230euros tout de même pour 2 nuits réservées 6 mois avant) sur hôtel.com ou autre justifie le manque de confort? .. Vence, l'accueil et le charme de cet hôtel ne justifient pas ce tarif. Nous venions que pour le Tour de France heureusement car encore force de constater "difficile pour des français de classe moyenne de passer des vacances en France"

Nice little Villa hotel

We got a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms in the lowest floor, with good view of the garden and can access the garden directly. Very stylish an clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were nice and helpful. 5 mins walk to the Vence city / old town, with many restaurants (provide breakfast) and a interesting local market. Very nice and relating area.

Meget bra hotell

Familiedrevet hotell, oppholdet var meget bra. Det er det beste hotellet i området. Vi har prøvd alle hotellene i "byen" og dette er det beste. Hyggelig atmosfære, med vennlige eiere. Frokosten, svømmebasseng og baren var helt i henhold til standarden men kan forvente i området. Stort pluss med parkering.

조용하지만 불편했던 숙소

우선, 구글지도로 찾아가기가 애매했고 입구 싸인도 작아서 그냥 지나치기 쉬웠다 숙소위치도 벙스 중심가와는 떨어져있어 마트를 가거나 늦은시간 식당을 찾아 나서기 쉽지 않았다 주인내외는 무척 친절했지만 호텔이 웹상의 사진과는 달리 밝은 분위기는 아니어서 혼자 잤다면 무서웠을 것 같다. 근처에서 묵는다면 방스보다는 생폴 드 방스쪽을 권하고 싶다
