The location is inconvenient nothing to eat around the hotel our tissue box was empty for 2 days never replaced it and the smell is bad in the hallway

Weekend visit
Good location, a short walk from tram and next door to Parc Phoenix. Hotel staff are very friendly and there is a pleasant terrace and pool area. Upon arrival from an early flight, luggage was stored until my room was available. My room was not large but was comfortable. Not many restaurants in area but city centre is easily accessible by tram. Buffet breakfast was agreeable.

Easy location to explore Nice from.
Really friendly staff. Clean rooms and the breakfast is a bonus. Hotel location is about a 20 min walk from T2 and a 10 min walk from T1. Recommend that you take the tram if you have bags. We found that Parc Phoenix is the best stop but you will pass the hotel entrance on the way to this stop, but it takes about a minute to walk back.
