Le Boulevard de Nice is located in the trendy and exciting Port Quarter, with close proximity to all that The Port has to offer as well as The Old Town, Place du Pin and Place Garibaldi within walking distance.
The apartment is located 2 blocks from the Port and has many trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and boulangeries all within a few minutes walk. A supermarket (Intermarche) is located less than 100 metres away, along with other boulangeries, a local gym and a bike rental store.
Just past the port you'll find Coco Beach which is ideal for your daily swims and Le Plongeoir diving-cliffs restaurant, both a 10-15 min walk. The infamous Promenade des Anglais is a 20-min walk and Nice's Old Town 20-25 mins. Place du Pin and Place Garibaldi are a 5-min walk from the apartment with many buzzing restaurants and bars.
A huge bonus of the apartment’s location is the airport tram (Line 2) which runs from Nice airport (both terminals) to Nice Port (the last stop). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
Furthermore, Nice Riquier train station is located a 12-minute walk from the apartment, for those looking to take trains to visit the likes of Ville-Franche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Cannes, Menton etc.

Your check-in will be done by Laure (the apartment manager). She will meet you at the apartment.
As this is a concierge service for check-in, there is a fee if checking in late.
Normal check-in time: 3pm - 7pm
Late Arrivals Fee: • From 7:15 p.m. - 9 p.m: • A supplement of €30 cash to be paid directly to Laure as normal check-in is until 7pm.
• 9p.m. - 11 p.m. = €55 cash • After 11 p.m = €70 cash to be paid upon arrival.
Normal check-out time: 10am
For Early-Departure (before 8.15am): • 4 a.m. - 8:15 a.m = a supplement of €30 must be paid to the person who will come for your departure in order to collect the keys and take stock of the premises.
TRASH BINS: Guests must please throw their trash in the trash bins in the basement before leaving and put away their dishes before their departure. __________________

First, they went out of their way to accommodate our later-than-planned arrival. The flat is magnificent with a view of Nice worth the price alone. Add the comfort, the location, the cleanliness, everything was delightful.
The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. A lovely welcome pack was provided and Laurie is fantastic at the other end of the phone for us old folk who are not familiar with touch screen technology on the washing machine and cooker. We had a fabulous time and the terrace is a real bonus.
The two of us stayed in the apartment for 10days on a working holiday. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could want, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and good fast internet. Laure was fantastic on check in, even when I forgot the cash deposit she was very helpful. The apartment came with all the basics to get started with though there is a shop and bakery just downstairs. The terrace was great for good days and the property a really easy walk into the port or the old town. Would definitely stay again and recommend it. Exactly as described in the listing.
You won’t find a better location or apartment for a stay in Nice. A true home away from home with everything you could want or need. The property is exactly as shown and a short walk from anywhere in Nice you want to go. It’s a brief walk from the Port tram stop. If you’re early recommend getting off at Place Garibaldi and crossing over to Place du Pin to have a drink, snack and or people watch. If you are driving check ahead for events. There is no parking in the building but usually plenty of street parking (none during Tour de France) My brother-in-law used an app and prepaid for discounted underground parking or check the Port.We have been coming to Nice for 14 summers and this is the best 2 bedroom!
This was one of my favorite places we have stayed. Beautiful apartment with stunning balcony in an easily walkable part of town. 10/10 would recommend.
Superb apartment in convenient yet secluded location. The views are absolutely stunning and the apartment is immaculate. The communication from Niall and the team was also exceptional.
Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bénéficiant d'une incroyable terrasse d'environ 30m2 offrant une très belle vue dégagée sur toute la ville. L'appartement était très propre, très bien équipé et très cosy. Son emplacement est ideal proche du port, des Trams et de tous les commerces et restaurants. Laure qui nous a accueillis avec une délicate attention est très agréable, disponible, ponctuelle et de très bons conseils. Cet appartement vous l'aurez compris est parfait à tous points de vues.
