About this property

MAGNIFICENT VILLA WITH SEA VIEW, SWIMMING POOL, GARDEN, PÉTANQUE COURT

  • Magnificent villa of 140 m² comprising 1 living room, dining room, American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, 1 shower room and a garden of 1900 m² planted with trees and Mediterranean species. The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets.
    Ground of beach volleyball and badminton, ping pong, archery, swing, hammocks and 5 bikes are at your disposal. You can enjoy organic fruits and vegetables in summer and spend time with our horses, rabbits and laying hens. The house offers a beautiful view of the sea, the garden and the forest.
    Large screen TVs and game consoles are available. Your pets will be welcome here.
    The villa is discreetly semi-detached, in an extremely quiet area and situated on a dead end road and therefore without passage!
